INTERGREAT SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping is available on all items shipped to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States.

Shipping locations
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. We do not ship to APO, FPO or PO Box addresses.

Carriers and delivery
Orders ship through UPS or FedEx. Items weighing more than 150 lb may be delivered by truck freight.

Processing and delivery estimates
In-stock orders usually ship the next business day after payment is received. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier conditions and weather. Multi-box orders may arrive in separate deliveries.

Tracking
A shipment confirmation email with carrier and tracking information is sent when the order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping damage
Inspect every package at delivery. Report visible damage within 3 business days through our Contact Us page and include photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Address accuracy
Please verify the shipping address before payment. Address changes after carrier processing begins may incur fees described in our Return and Refund Policy.
