INTERGREAT TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW
This website and store are operated by Intergreat. Throughout the site, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Intergreat. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to use this site. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, billing and shipping information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen and device settings. Product descriptions, availability and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is processed and we confirm acceptance. We may decline, limit or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or reseller activity. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with the order.

4. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND TAXES
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when the order is placed. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, methods, estimated delivery times and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather or events outside our control. Multi-box orders may arrive separately. Please verify your shipping address before payment.

6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND WARRANTY
Returns, cancellation fees, address-change fees and warranty coverage are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated there, products must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition. Product alterations or modifications may void warranty coverage where the alteration caused or contributed to the issue.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product information and design—are owned by or licensed to Intergreat and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud and fulfill orders.

12. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors or availability errors and may update information or cancel affected orders when necessary. If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the appropriate refund will be issued.

13. DISCLAIMER
Except as expressly stated in our written policies, the site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
